Production Lines
Inner Layer Processing
Our PCB factory features LDI (Laser Direct Imaging) systems for ultra-fine line processing down to 0.05mm. The inner layer production line includes automated lamination presses, DES (Develop-Etch-Strip) lines, and AOI inspection stations that ensure precise copper pattern transfer. Inner-layer handling takes place in cleanroom conditions, keeping copper surfaces free from dust and oxidation for reliable fine-line imaging.
Drilling Department
The PCB factory drilling department operates CO2 laser drills for microvias and multi-spindle CNC drill machines for through-holes. We achieve minimum hole size of 0.075mm for microvias and 0.15mm for mechanical drills, controlled by advanced drill optimization software. X-ray alignment machines verify drill-to-target registration, and automatic tool-wear tracking keeps hole-wall quality consistent across the full panel.
Plating and Surface Finish
Our PCB factory plating line includes copper plating, DC plating for through-holes, and pulse plating for microvias. The surface finish line supports ENIG, ENIPIG, immersion silver, and OSP finishes with automatic bath analysis and control systems. Automatic dosing keeps every chemistry bath within tight windows, and cross-section coupons confirm plating thickness before any panel moves to shipment.
Quality Control Systems
Quality control at our PCB factory includes 100% electrical testing, AOI inspection at multiple stages, X-ray inspection for BGA and microvia quality, and TDR testing for impedance verification.
