For improving our SMT assembly service, expanding our SMT assembly capacity and meeting higher quality printed circuit board assemblies, Season Multilayer Circuit imported Fuji NXT III in Nov., 2017. We put these new high-speed automotive placement machines into assembling high precision electronics hardware with high density components, such as 4G mobile, Tablet and etc.
These new next NXT III machines are highly productive, multi-functional modular placing machine. Built for speed, they feature faster XY robot and tape feeders, as well as a new H24 head that achieves 35,000cph(chips per hour). In our SMT practice, we realize high work efficiency which thanks to such smart and precision design from Fuji. The full performance are found, and Heros gets higher productivity in the same time compared to NXT II. Except for these, the NXT III supports the smallest parts being used in high volume PCB assembly production with extreme placing accuracy. PCBAs through NXT III, the quality pass rate is much higher.
Our SMT productivity is improved which contributes to the faster XY robot, faster tape feeders and the newly delveloped “Flying Vision” components camera in the new next NXT III. With these features, we increased placing ability for all components sizes and types.
